Experience Every Time I Die’s Keith Buckley Like Never Before With His Electronic Side Project TAPE

When multi-talented vocalist/lyricist/author Keith Buckley isn’t busy screaming his lungs out fronting hardcore heroes Every Time I Die, the Buffalo native clearly enjoys keeping himself busy doing anything and everything. From releasing his first-ever novel Scale to contributing to Comedy Central sketches, Buckley has had his hands full with numerous creative outlets over the past few months.

Now as he and his fellow ETID bandmates gear up for a sweat-filled summer out on the Vans Warped Tour, you’d think Buckley would decide to slow things down a bit – especially after the birth of his daughter Zuzana. Instead, the longtime frontman is upping the creative juices with his most recent out-of-the-box project TAPE.

First making waves late last year with the release of a new five track EP titled Bodies, Buckley has decided to return to the vibe-heavy electronic world by releasing a new music video for “Synthetic.”

With the help of director Brandon Dermer, Buckley’s vision of “luring something desirable out of nothingness” is constructed perfectly as Dermer’s imagination creates a pristine movie-like atmosphere for Daryl Palumbo (yes, of Glassjaw) and TJ Penzone’s wavy production and Buckley’s eerie vocals.

To check out the new video, be sure to look below. Afterwards, if you’ve yet to pick up a copy of Bodies, you can do so here.
