Don’t you just love it when two of your favorite bands come together to help each other out? Well, just announced today, Fat Wreck Chords acts Pears and Direct Hit will be teaming up to release a brand new 12-track split.

“We’ve been talking about doing this for a long time, since like one of our first tours which was with Direct Hit,” says Pears guitarist/vocalist Brian Pretus. “It’s pretty surreal that we finally got to make it happen and I couldn’t be happier with how both sides of this thing turned out.”

Titled as Human Movement, the new split will feature five new tracks from both Direct Hit and Pears as well as one cover of each other’s song. The highly-anticipated release will officially be released November 3rd.

To get a dose of what the new split will have in store, be sure to check out Direct Hit’s new song “Blood On Your Tongue” and Pears’ “Arduous Angel” below. Afterwards, pre-orders can be found here.
