According to the World Health Organization (and Beartooth’s brand new music video) 350 million people worldwide suffer from depression. Doing their best to bring that topic to the limelight and help open dialogue with those affected by the disorder, Beartooth has just released an incredibly powerful video for their track “Sick Of Me.”

Shining a light on three individuals battling with depression as well as frontman Caleb Shomo, Beartooth’s new visual highlights their personal stories and how they’ve fought to overcome their struggles.

“Depression and anxiety isn’t something you just get away from,” says Shomo in the new clip. “It’s just inside you. For me, it’s just always in my brain churning. It’s about fighting it and overcoming it, you can’t run away from it. You have to deal with it. This song is a big way to help.”
